 Documentation of the parameters for `wp_add_dashboard_widget()` is
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_add_dashboard_widget/
 currently missing] from the PHPDoc-generated developer site but exists in
 [https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_add_dashboard_widget
 the codex]. I'm attaching a trivial patch that adds the parameter
 descriptions from the Codex to the PHPDoc docblock.
