 Please the problem is not in the tranlation in french, the problem is that
 the key for call the tranlation is not correct for have the translation in
 french ( and the other languages)
 The mo/po was download automatically when i start my installation in my
 developpement stack, the wordpress was download on your github on the
 master branc ( 4.5-beta1-36797)
 Open [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-login.php] and
 see lines 532 and 891 The ":" is missing, so the the translate can't work.
