 Using https://github.com/wordpress/twentysixteen/tree/site-logo to test, I
 see this on one site.

 The console shows:

 This happens on one site running 4.5-beta1-36797. I don't see anything in
 the php error logs. A localhost VVV site running 36801 does not show the
 problem.
