 [attachment:12235.6.diff] is a followup to [attachment:12235.5.diff] that
 actually removes the `wp_kses()` call from `the_post_thumbnail_caption()`
 and adds the new filter that was intended to be used in
 `the_post_thumbnail_caption()`.
