 Refreshed and simplified patch. This just allows a tabindex value of `0`
 which is what's needed for accessibility to make menu items without links
 focusable with a keyboard. Maybe using `min()` and `max()` we could force
 the values and allow just `0` and `-1` but I guess this should be
 discussed a bit before.
