 Currently one does not get any visual cues as to the possibility to drag
 the MCE content around.

 Similar to Dashboard, the Shortcake plugin or galleries could have "drag
 and drop", where the cursor changes from an arrow to dashicons-move

 The content (MCE) then can be dragged around and shows a dashed outline
 box where the content (MCE) can be placed (just like on Dashboard and
 Appearance > Widgets).

 There is an outline of the content (MCE) where it originally positioned.
