 If a user doesn't provide a title, most widgets output a default title.
 For example:

  - Recent Posts
  - Pages
  - Recent Comments
  - Categories
  - Archives

 Some widgets such as Custom Menu, Text and Search don't output a default
 title if the user leaves the title field empty.

 Should all core widgets output a default title if left blank by the user?
