 I'm looking at my up to date `4.5.3` multisite retaining hundreds of rows
 of oembed cache post meta values, and am having trouble understanding from
 [28792] whether WP is supposed to clear ancient oembed cache values over
 time, or are these going to be building up infinitely. TTL seems to
 indicate it should, but how do I verify whether this is operating
 correctly - the hashed keys don't make it particularly easy?
