Comment:

 Punting for now - this should definitely happen early in a release cycle
 and we're getting close to beta with no activity in the past month. I'd
 love for this to have a final patch ready for commit right after 4.6 is
 released, do you think you'll have time to finish this up in the next
 couple months @delawski?
