 Thanks for the Debug plugin. It seems like I don't even have ImageMagick.
 I did 1and1's Install ImageMagick via SSH:

 But nothing, (php -m) on SSH does not show it and to install it I need
 root access.
 1and1 support did not understand the situation and after looking around
 seems that they won't even install third party extension. I guess it's
 time to shop for hosting provider
