 Thanks everyone for the new reports. If you're still experiencing this
 issue, would you mind testing out the changes from
 [attachment:36534.2.diff] to see if this patch has any affect? I believe
 that some of the changes to the resizing process that were introduced in
 4.5 could be hitting Imagick's internal time limits.
