 Confirmed too. Also confirmed the click event is not bound in Edge, will
 pass that upstream.

 We need to run `refresh()` fix the positioning of the shim. Seems that was
 never added to the click handler for the "Add" button in the page title.
 Also need to refresh on `postinit`.
