 My inclination is to change the admin menu item to read "Edit My Profile".
 Just "Profile" is still misleading and I don't really see a point in
 changing from one misleading thing to another. As for the other changes in
 the last old patch, `wp-mce-help.php` does not appear to be a thing
 anymore, and the rest of the changes from "Your Profile" to "Profile" in
 help text would be accurate anyway, because the screen's title is just
 "Profile".
