Comment (by azaozz):

 In 21414.1.patch: refreshed 21414.patch, added missing bits and removed
 obsolete code.

 Instead of removing these shortcuts from the editor help, added a note
 about them being disabled and a link to the profile screen to enable them
 (the text may need improving).
