 @westonruter, @celloexpressions What's the status of this ticket?

 The latest patch needs a refresh because it doesn't apply cleanly anymore.
 The ticket is labeled with "ux-feedback" which I agree with. Can we get at
 least one or two [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/user-
 testing/ user tests] here?
