 Yep, 25387.4.patch looks even better. In 25387.5.patch:
 - Made the excluded chars groups `[^\s<>"]` in both
 preg_replace_callback(). All of these chars are "illegal" in URLs, see
 http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986#section-2.
 - Added couple more tests.
