 @gsexton This patch adds automatic translation of the date picker. It does
 not add any styles.
 I guess no styles are currently provided because the date picker is not
 used by WordPress core (yet? see #7665).

 For an example of adding your own styling to the date picker, have a look
 at an [https://github.com/barryceelen/datepicker3000 example plugin] which
 uses a [https://github.com/xwp/wp-jquery-ui-datepicker-skins WordPress
 specific date picker skin] by XWP.
