 Twenty Ten

 There doesn't appear to be any changes, so like the 4.5 release, we
 probably shouldn't release an update for Twenty Ten. In 4.5, the `.pot`
 file was updated but it was decided not to update the theme on
 WordPress.org since all that changed was the date in the `.pot` file.

 I'm testing today, tomorrow, and this week. From there, I'll submit one
 patch that bumps the version numbers and updates the readme file.

 Only Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten have bundled `.pot` files now.
