Comment:

 You should open a bug report on meta.trac to change the link on the
 internal error reporting form to submit the ticket to meta.trac instead of
 core.trac.

 Alternatively, you may wish to consider moving bug tracking activity to
 GitHub, I've never had problems with writing bugs there. They have nicer
 fonts, too.
