 FYI; Tag "searches" don't use Sphinx, see the `_tags.php` custom plugin on
 the old plugin directory which sorts it by active installs. It's filtering
 `get_tagged_topics()` which the API doesn't appear to use, instead using a
 `BB_Query` with the `tag` parameter..
