 In 36638.7.patch: also added `wp.a11y.speak()` as suggested above. However
 if we keep checking the URLs by AJAX, that `speak()` will be triggered few
 seconds after inserting a link. It "speaks" the URL but still a bit unsure
 if this won't be confusing for screen readers.

 No, never seen 404. There is (perhaps) a chance that some servers will let
 the specific link check UA `WordPress URL Test` through, but still
 thinking it makes this unreliable.
