 Recently, my WordPress site was automatically updated to 4.5.3. Now, I
 can't update any of my plugins. I have tried to update from the update
 function on the dashboard, and I've tried to un-install and re-install the
 plugin. Each time I get a fatal error. Luckily, my site had not crashed.
 The site is located at http://rainbowresearch.org/

 The plugins I'm trying to update are:
 All In One SEO
 Captcha by BestWebSoft 4.2.1
 EWWW Image Optimizer 2.9.3
 UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore 2.12.16.1
 UDesign 2.10.4.

 The error I get is: An error occurred while updating U-Design: Download
 failed. Failed to write request to temporary file.
