 Would it be worth it for me to re-cast this ticket as a Feature Request
 for eliminating stream wrapper usage in the `class-wp-filesystem-ssh2`
 code, and see if I need to update my patch for any other methods?

 Or should I just install the [https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssh-sftp-
 updater-support/ SSH SFTP Updater Support] plugin and forget about it?
