Comment:

 Hi @ocean90,

 Just realize that after activating the Polylang plugin the notification
 appears and after deactivating it it, its still until update translation
 and it disappears for good and after reactivate the plugin the
 notification shows up again.
 I believe the Polylang plugin is messing up the translations update
 status. I'll contact the plugin author about that :).
