 @ericlewis I think it would be helpful if the action hook would also send
 the items to perform the bulk action on - for example we could send the
 post IDs to the action callback. Otherwise plugin developers would need to
 always get the post IDs from `$_REQUEST` on their own although this could
 be handled by Core I think.
