 what's your actual use-case? Displaying multiple translated phrases from
 different languages from a different textdomain sounds like something that
 isn't directly supported easily.
 It could be useful to have a `switch_to_locale()` function (WordPress.com
 includes one for example), however there's limited use-case for it in
 WordPress core at present without per-user locales.
