 I am using the latest version of Twenty Fifteen, I also had the latest
 language pack installed (that did not have this issue).

 The problem appeared after the 4.4.1 update, before the update I already
 had the newest language pack without this issue (updated a few days before
 the 4.4.1 update). A few days ago with the update to 4.4.1 I probably got
 somehow an older language pack back. I updated now the language pack
 again, and this resolved the issue again. I did not understand why I have
 this problem, knowing that I already have the newest language pack
 installed, that does not have this issue (before the 4.4.1 update).
