 Using the "Twenty Fifteen" theme in romanian language, I discovered that
 the "Leave a comment" anchor under the posts is not translated into
 romanian language, despite the fact that the language files seem to be ok.

 It is rendered in ".../inc/template-tags.php".

 I see that the same bug was reported 3 months ago for the german language
 - where it was fixed, but in the romanian language the problem still
 exists.
