 This issue with menus getting cut off has plagued me for a long time now,
 but I just want to make sure I understand correctly: if I'm running
 WordPress version 4.4, then I'm all set, is that right? I won't have menus
 getting cut off any more?

 In my opinion, since the Menu Customizer plug-in was merged into WordPress
 4.3, this issue can be closed. I'm not sure that I understand why this bug
 is still open. Is it just for people who don't want to upgrade to
 WordPress 4.3 and later?
