 A few things strike me:
 - Approving and cancelling buttons shouldn't be together.
 - The message should be where the action is. It is above.

 Those are just off cuff thoughts, I'd be happy to take a look at this over
 the next few days and put up a suggested refinement on the great work done
 so far.
