Comment:

 i dont think that this is a duplicate of #15955, in this case there is
 nothing wrong with filenames (filename gabcikovo.jpg has no extended
 characters), the whole problem lies in exif data. as i mentioned earlier,
 the files are successfully generated, but wordpress assumes that theyre
 not.
