 @kellychoffman I agree. I just took another stab at it. I added the white
 gap to just the primary button and kept the shadows from the previous
 patch elsewhere. The box shadow is nasty, but works. The alternative would
 be to switch to using a border for the shadows and such which is a bit
 nastier.

 It should look like this:
