 Added [attachment:34561.10.diff] as an MVP as discussed with @ocean90 in
 the linked Slack discussion above.

 Uses `svn cp` to create the new templates including copying `embed-
 template.php` to `theme-compat/embed-template.php`. MVP is to move the
 image gymnastics code directly into the `embed-content.php` template.
