 Not only does it make the admin more consistent by matching the structure
 of `edit.php`/`post.php` and `users.php`/`user-edit.php`, it also clearly
 separates list view and edit view, preventing such weird errors like the
 one mentioned here. It's just more future-proof.

 I'll work on a new patch fixing `$pagenow`, the query var, and the admin
 bar.
