 Changes:

 1. Making `https://wordpress.org/themes/` translatable. to allow
 translators to use local theme directory like
 `https://he.wordpress.org/themes/` for he_IL.

 2. Replacing `<code>/wp-content/themes</code>` with an `%s` placeholder.
