 IIUC, this patch will enable the use of `PHPMailer::addStringAttachment()`
 for plugins that make use of the `wp_mail` filter hook? That's something I
 need for a plugin I'm working on ([https://github.com/meitar/wp-pgp-
 encrypted-emails/issues/4#issuecomment-186911107 see here]), so +1 from
 me.
