 In [/attachment/ticket/33301/33301.13.patch 33301.13.patch]:
 - Remove the bottom part (river/infinite scroll) from the old wplink
 dialog and replace it with autocomplete on the URL field. This makes it
 consistent with the inline dialog and leaves more space for plugins to
 extend it.
 - Some css and js cleanup and minor fixes.
