 The issue is ''mostly'' fixed. Besides of flattening panel/section nested
 markup, I have changed the way panes are animated. Now, instead of
 transitioning position property, transform/translateX is changed. Thanks
 to that animations should be smoother and use less resources.

 I still need to fix themes section and perform thorough testing.
