 @westonruter and @adamsilverstein I was about to user test using the
 latest patch but if you have no logos selected you can't click to add a
 logo. It doesn't pop up to add one. This was using 33755.12.diff.

 If that can be resolved as would be great to get the user testing running.
 It may be that this new bug only occurs on installs that haven't had a
 logo added. I can't replicate on ones that have.
