 Feature looks good. I agree Logo should appear above Site Title & Tagline.

 I think there will definitely be confusion between Site Logos and Site
 Icons, and part of that isn't that we're adding logos, but that the UI for
 Site Icons is confusing. You're never really going to see a big, 512x512
 image for your Site Icon anywhere — displayed inside the Customizer panel
 like that, it lacks all context. I think we should bring the preview UI
 from inside the Media Modal into the panel itself. Attaching a design to
 demonstrate what I mean.
