 Morning.

 I've come across an issue where if a user has Microsoft Lync installed on
 their machine, that if the browser has the 'link to call' and 'lync
 browser helper' tool bars enabled, their browser automatically inserts a
 telephone icon and related span tag into the visual editor that breaks the
 editor.

 Users are not able to save their changes after this code has been inserted
 and it happens automatically as a phone number is typed in. But you can
 publish articles with the injected code without saving to draft.
