 Seems to me like creating color-based classes for the admin areas would be
 a helpful way to keep color consistent across even multiple color schemes.
 If there is one .sidebar class that defines the area, regardless of what
 color that class represents and we had admin themes that built off those
 classes, you could define colors in a single location.
