I am considering hiring a Virtual Assistant and would like for them to
have Administrator permissions without them being able to change the Admin
 passwords.

Is there a way to do this? My understanding of the users in WordPress is
that if I give someone Admin privileges they can also change my password?

If this is the case, could Wordpress create a User feature called Junior
Admin or JR Admin or just something that would give a user all privileges
except the privilege to change passwords?
