 this is also just an idea for a plugin, but i post it here. atom feed
 shows also last edition time of post. i have checked it and i see that it
 shows them, but only the newest posts are shown in atom feed. should not
 you better resort the feed by edition time, maybe optionally, and show
 lastly edited posts, if it is allowed by atom feed standart?

 i do not know which version i checked, and select 4.3 .
