 > Let the GIF logic run during upload and add needed details to the
 metadata.  There is no need to do this on the front end.

 Unfortunately we still have to handle GIFs that are already uploaded to
 media libraries, so adding new logic when a GIF is processed is only a
 partial (though potential) solution.
