 It would be helpful to be able to load external and inline JavaScript in
 to TinyMCE.

 Suggestion: create an `add_editor_script()` function, analogous to
 `add_editor_style()`.

 Use case: embed handlers or shortcode handlers that require custom
 JavaScript.
