 Based on the screenshot this is the Twenty Seventeen theme. The theme
 shows the front page content first, and all the panels afterwards. Now,
 [http://fasttrax.us/ on your site] it seems like you've chosen the front
 page as the first panel, which is why the content is duplicated.

 Here's a screenshot of me replicating this in the customizer:

 @fasttrax: You can fix this by deselecting that page in the front page
 section content under Appearance -> Customize.

 Note: Ideally, this shouldn't be possible, but maybe someone created a
 child theme that only shows panels, where this might make more sense
 again.
