 My support guy did tell me to switch back to my old theme, but when I did
 so it broke the site. I'm not sure what he did in the back end, but he got
 it working on the old theme first, then when I switched back to the new
 theme, it was ok. I tried to ask for specifics on what he did, but the
 only thing he said was that he upgraded to PHP 7, and downgraded the
 Wordpress version. He may have done something else though.
