 Customizer doesn't load the live preview, and the customization options in
 the left sidebar don't work (can't open them) - and there is only one drop
 down menu available: "Widgets". Called my host support to fix the issue.
 They upgraded me to PHP 7, but no luck. Eventually he found that it was an
 issue with WP 4.7. After getting downgraded to Version 4.5.3, everything
 works now.
