Comment:

 I'm sorry for akismet everything is correct, but in bigger plugins that
 have a lot of sub folders most of the files are not shown. for example
 Woocommerce has /includes folder which has 14 sub folders and each of them
 hav sub folders too, in this case I can see only files from /includes
 directory.
